Vision:
My vision for STMA is to continue to grow as an organization, but to offer leadership in growth to its members personally. Agronomics is the cover page of what we really do and who we really are. As STMA continues to improve educational offerings at the national and now regional levels, it continues to grow beyond agriculture and into professional administration. We are all responsible for many different activities, events, facilities, equipment, dollars and people. Balancing all of those with our own personal lives can be challenging. I look forward to growing with STMA and contributing with the social, leadership, and experience skills that I have to offer. I want to see the local level competitively flush with professionalism and results. All categories deserve safe, playable and beautiful athletic fields that are professionally supported with adequate resources – which includes traffic management.
